The PAR5F metering and dispensing machine adopts a single acting, pneumatic driven piston pump for precise metering of various paste materials.
Metering pump: single acting positive displacement.
Viscosity acceptance: up to 1 million CPS
Lens size: up to 55ml per lens
Continuous cycle output: up to approximately 1 liter per minute (affected by material viscosity)
Export valve: single piece Tipseal or snuff valve
Bucket size: Designed to fit a 5lt supply container
Control: Gas supply filter regulator and gauge, machine on/off, distribution pressure regulator and gauge, foot valve start and emergency stop
Service: Clean, dry compressed air @ 80 psi and 5 cfm
