PAR50 metering mixing and distribution machine
The high-precision, technologically advanced, and multifunctional PAR50 metering, mixing, and distribution machine is specifically designed to improve the industry standard for constant output distribution.
By selecting fixed or variable ratio metering, PAR50 can set closed-loop monitoring of operating parameters through the onboard HMI touch screen control panel.
Both machine versions offer programmable flow and allocation settings, while variable ratio machines also include programmable mixing ratio adjustment.
Metering pump: precision constant flow gear pump.
Ratio range: Can accommodate volume mixing ratios ranging from 1:1 to 100:1.
Output: Up to 6.0 liters per minute in a 1:1 mixing ratio.
Hybrid: Disposable electrostatic or air driven rotation/electrostatic or electric power
Water storage capacity: 30 liters of stainless steel.
Control: HMI touch screen interface with programmable flow and/or allocation volume adjustment. Additional programmable mix ratio adjustment on variable ratio machines.
Service: Single phase 13 amp 240 volt AC and compressed air
